Will I receive any preparation before going abroad?
YES! One of the benefits of AIESEC is its support network!!
If accepted on our program you will be assigned to an “Exchange Participant Buddy” who will assist you throughout your exchange process and make your life a hell lot easier!
And most importantly, we hold regional preparatory conferences that guide you in adapting to a new country and addressing culture shocks. It is a great opportunity to share your enthusiasm with students from around UK who are also going on an AIESEC exchange over the summer!
I want to share my experience!! How can I do that?
We also organize Homecoming (Re-integration) conferences allowing students to share their enthralling experiences from around the world with other students! It is a wonderful chance to reflect on your experience and extend it for a wee bit longer because we assure you AIESEC conferences are FUN!!
When is the latest by which I can apply?
Our applications for the GoGlobal program officially close in mid December. However we accept applications over the winter. We strongly advice you to apply as soon as possible so you may attend one of our ongoing assessment centres and get induced to the world of AIESEC!!
Our other applications for professional internships and volunteering internships not based in the GoGlobal countries are open throughout the year. However, we do encourage you to apply early so you may find your internship timely (yes, there are a number of people applying for the same internship!) So, get going!
We look forward to hearing from you!
