AIESEC at Warwick 13.14
AIESEC Warwick recruited its core members for the 13/14 academic year early October, and since then we have had 60-member strong team working in various functions to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation. AIESEC Warwick has five main functions, namely:
Outgoing Exchange (OGX)
This function facilitates and promotes opportunities for Warwick students to go on an exchange abroad. Within the function are 4 different teams - Marketing, EP Recruitment, GIP Partnerships and GCDP Partnerships.
Incoming Exchange (ICX)
This function provides local companies with the opportunity to hire students or recent graduates from top universities from all around the world. This also means ICX provides a platform of opportunity for international students to come and work in the UK.
Communications (COMMS)
This function mainly facilitates the internal and external communication of the organisation effectively. Through platforms such as newsletters, social media, campus events, COMMS ensures that our members are connected and raises brand awareness around campus. The function is split into two teams - Public Relations (PR) and Internal Communications & Creative Design (ICCD).
Talent Management (TM)
This function is responsible for the welfare and development of our organisation's members. Through delivering impactful sessions at our weekly meetings, progress tracking of members and organising fun socials for the team, TM makes sure every member is happy.
Finance (FIN)
This function is responsible for sponsorship, managing the financial flow of our organisation and keeping our bank accounts at healthy levels.
