AIESEC at Warwick 14.15
This year, AIESEC Warwick has 6 main functions, namely:
Outgoing Global Community Development Programme (OGCDP)
This function promotes volunteering opportunities abroad and facilitates the process of sending students on these customized volunteering exchanges, typically lasting 6-8 weeks.
OGCDP major activities are divided into 3 main stages: Marketing, Exchange Participant Recruitment and Exchange Participant Matching.
Outgoing Global Internship Programme (OGIP)
With a motivation similar to OGCDP, this core function facilitates and promotes paid internship opportunities abroad to Warwick students. This team facilitates the process of sending students on these customized exchanges internship abroad for normally 3-8 month.
OGIP activities are divided into 3 main stages - Marketing, Exchange Participant Recruitment and Matching.
Incoming Global Internship Programme (IGIP)
This core function provides local companies with the opportunity to hire students or recent graduates from top universities from all around the world. Moreover, the IGIP team is also provided the license to sell Access Tier 5 visas, strengthening ourselves as a leading opportunity for international students to come and work in the UK.
Marketing and Communications (MaC)
MaC Online:
- Facilitating communication channels through creating a weekly newsletter for AIESEC Warwick members
- Designing and branding all the material related to external ; companies and interns, partners
- Creating and managing internal and external communication channel for marketing purposes e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Developing exciting new initiatives and ideas to spark interest of AIESEC around Warwick
- Assimilating AIESEC Warwick into the network of student societies on campus
MaC Offline:
- Generating marketing campaigns to promote AIESEC on campus
- Liaising with the online team members to create new ideas and initiatives, working hand-in-hand to rebrand AIESEC on a big scale
Finance (FIN)
This function is responsible for sponsorship, managing the financial flow of our organisation and keeping our bank accounts at healthy levels. This function is keen to increase our sources of revenue to tailor a better rewards-and-recognition scheme for our members’ development as well as ensures that there is a return-of-investment following each financial decision.
Talent Management
This function is responsible for the welfare and development of our organisation's members. Asides from delivering impactful sessions at our weekly meetings and using performance management tools to track progress of members, this team also helps to organize fun social. TM makes sure everyone is enjoying AIESEC! :D
