Graduated from Bristol University in 1978, Marcus is an international TEDx speaker and host, as well as a social entrepreneur with a passion for education.
Before dedicating his life to his passion: education, Marcus has worked 6 years as a director at Ernst & Young, and co-founded a software development company: Gregman Bell. Today, he is the founder and director of Bryanston Square, an organisation that creates phenomenal and sustainable positive impact on students across the world.
Over the last 15 years, Bryanston Company has been able to drive this change by delivering workshops to students, teachers and business leaders in several countries. His company has been running programmes such as “Unlock”, designed to encourage students to take an active role in their own development and development of others. Bryanston Square has also worked on over £8bn of capital projects, building “schools for the future” and helped Liverpool save over £30m on building 4 new secondary schools.
In 2014, his company had a direct impact on over 6,000 people in over 8 different countries. Today, Marcus and Bryanston Square are expanding this impact across the globe. Marcus continues to deliver TEDx speeches and in order to inspire young individuals to become future leaders, and Bryanston Square continues to change lives for the better.
