James Adeleke is Managing Director and Founder of Generation Success CIC (Community Interest Company) which is a not for profit organisation focused on bridging the gap between education, and employment/enterprise. A Organisation he founded at University.
He is a dynamic business professional with a background in law and a passion for creating and implementing innovative solutions. James is also a commissioner on a youth enterprise report commissioned by the National Youth Agency and A4E. The reports purpose is to leave a positive legacy on the UK government policy in encouraging youth (16-25) enterprise. James is passionate about creating a generation of success, where there is equal access and opportunities for all. He also contributed to the Enterprise and Employment section of the Kenny Report 3 a youth written and led report on issues affecting young people for the 2015 General Election. He assisted the youth led writers in writing that section of the report.
Having grown up in a single parent household in South London and being diagnosed with Dyslexia and Dyspraxia at 26, James is passionate about providing a platform for people to achieve their career and entrepreneurial potential. Through investing in people we truly can keep the UK the most competitive country in the world.

Chris Arnold founded his first company, Camp Leaders in 1999, and continued with the creation of Small Earth in 2006. Both companies were designed to provide cultural and life-changing experiences, the former in the United States and the latter all over the world. In 2008, he then developed from his first two companies, Smaller Earth Group (SEG). Chris also started the Your Big Year, an official international event of Global Entrepreneurship Week with over 100,000 young people from almost every country competing in its first two editions. However, Chris’s most ambitious and challenging project so far is World Merit, designed to provide opportunity for people who demonstrate they deserve it and raise aspirations in everyone else.

June Angelides was part for 5 years of Technology Bank where she worked with startups and where she started nurturing her love for technology. This, eventually, led her to found her own company, Mums in Technology. Through this organisation she can deliver coding training which involves 8 weeks of workshops on languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ruby and the opportunity to practice these new skills. The programme, also by exploring more child-welcoming initiatives, aims to remove barriers for women to enter into the technology industry and to begin on their entrepreneurial journey. During the development of her business, June had the opportunity to partner with Thoughtworks, M&S Digital, Codefirst: Girls and Makers Academy on the programme.

Anne Fergusson, after teaching in various Universities, started her business career as a successful head-hunter for Lomond Consulting in Edinburgh. Then, after spending eight years as a London-based director at PWC, where she was responsible for its international business development, she was appointed as Business Development Director at Mattioli Woods. Anne is on the board of Persevere Developments, the commercial arm of Port of Leith Housing Association, as well as the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is also involved with the Bloomsbury Research Institute Project, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Legatum Institute and Institute of Ideas.
